Doesn't work for me. The energy options works fine for me in combat, but the gold and health options are not working. trainer responds with failed, i tried to pause the game and wait for some minutes but it still didn't work
... pause the game while in combat by press ESC, then wait a minute or two and try the options again ...

Did all as you stated, no joy for me too. (Except for energy option)
Then the game probably updated.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
While waiting for an update to be released, you can use our free CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool to easily hack the game yourself. We have tons of video tutorials available for even those with no prior experience with memory scanners or gamehacking tools.

What i have found out, that Health and Gold only work for the first Fight. After that only the Energy option works.
Havent tried it out with the new trainer, but i could imagine its still the same.
Sorry we can't help you with things your imagination tells you, Get the latest trainer, try it and feel free to revisit the thread if there is an issue with the latest version.
