Then you're using Windows Defender, MS SmartScreen and MS Exploit Protection.
Create the exclusions I mentioned before in Defender and keep it enabled (the firewall as well).
Done. Still does not open.
Delete your current trainer, wipe your browser cache/Windows Temp folder, reboot your PC, download the latest trainer and run it with admin rights again.
If you still get this Windows message, something else is blocking tmp file process of the trainer. This could be anything from online banking software/add-ons, real-time backup solution, one-click tools or hardware monitoring software like MSI Afterburner or Riva Tuner.
And clearing Defender's quarantine and scan history would be a good idea.

This is not happening with other trainers. If something else is blocking the tmp file process, wouldn't it logically thinking, mess with other trainers as well?
Please ask Microsoft or other software vendors why they didn't interfere with our trainers last week but suddenly start to do it.
I do not understand why this is becoming a Microsoft or other software vendors issue now. I've been patiently going through your instructions and gave you all the information you requested.
I've even randomly downloaded other trainers dated 12 Jan (Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2, Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition, Sudden Strike 4) and all of them works.
Can you please get someone to check out why the trainer is not working instead of asking me to refer to Microsoft and other software vendors (which nobody knows which vendors). Would appreciate it very much. Thanks.
