If not state otherwise below, press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

Notes

Change Cash:
Click on 'Building construction' first. Press hotkey or use editor. You need to spend/get money before it changes ingame.

Change Innovation Points:
Open research screen and press hotkey to add more. You need to get/spend points before the value ingame updates.

Change Inhabitants Of Selected City:
Click on a city first so the inhabitants number shows up. Press hotkey or use editor to add more. Wait a bit until the inhabitants number gets updated by the game.

Mute Hotkeys:
-------------------------------------------------------
To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

I have downloaded this trainer and unable to open it at all. I'm getting the error "How do you want to open this file?". I've tried opening other trainers and have no problems with other trainers. I've already tried downloading it 3 times, disable AV still having this issue.

Exclude the trainer exe file and the Work folder, which is located here -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\ in your security software and launch the trainer with admin rights.

You'll find this information in the readme/instructions provided with the trainer.

I don't have any AV software on my laptop. And I always run it using admin rights. Windows firewall is off too. Also note again that other trainers are working for me only this trainer is unable to open.
