I love this trainer. For the record it still works well in 2024.

Just one note if you're having trouble with it. Since the options to train are in the editor. When you select an officer in-game if the values for that officer don't appear in the editor, just click on the trainer tab then back to the editor tab and it will show up every time.

Also if you don't freeze fuel it will reset since it gets recalculated.
