Does the game version matches the version the trainer was made for? The trainer itself should deal with these anticheats but it might not if your game version is different.
The version is exact! 22960
As I've posted the image before, here is the image that I've posted. Bottom left corner, you'll see the build version.

When the trainer is activated please open the options menu in main menu and click on OK. Let me know if the anticheat message shows up
I followed your instruction.
The following happens. When I activate the trainer, a moment later, I get to see the notification message as I previously posted. When I click ESC button, it disappears.

Later the following features become disabled (not clickable)
* Single Player
* Multiplayer
* Editors
When I click Options:
* Settings
* Hotkeys
* Open Game Folders
are coming up and when pressing each of them, nothing interesting happens. No anticheat or similar message showing up.
Trainers debug log not telling much either

The normal procedure of the trainer.
No you need to click on options and then click on "Ok" or "accept" after trainer activation. The anticheat only kicks in when you go from options back to main menu and not while navigating within the options.
I don't really understand. The "Ok" or "accept" buttons never come up when I click options.
Could you please provide some image on what you really mean? When clicking options only 3 other buttons comes up which are Settings, Hotkeys, Open Game Folders.
Maybe I miss something, but would be better with images so I can test it out.
