I tried clearing the temp folder and deleting the C:\Users Name\Cheat happens folder and rebooting in safe mode, but did not fix the issue. If I lower the screen resolution it does open properly, but when I change it back to the normal higher setting it opens Minimized again. So I don't know. The Shadow of War and Assassin Creed Origins trainers are the ones I'm having an issue with. Didn't look like the guy on the support thread with the same issue got his fixed either.

Please launch the trainer and keep it running, change your resolution to the lowest value, change it back to your default one.
If this didn't solve it, the one and only solution: Reinstall your Windows OS new from scratch. Not a reset but a clean installation with current drivers.
As it turned out so far, those who reported this problem and couldn't fix it the way above or mentioned here (Link), had an outdated Windows without crucial updates for over a year or their OS was corrupted/damaged.
Good for health, bad for education.

This happens to me on Win 10 Pro x64 with the only trainer I have used from Cheat Happens which was Need for Speed Payback. (My solution was to simply run the app in compatibility mode for Win 7.) I always runs trainers ad Admin so usually that is a given.
