when I try to launch the trainer this is what happens I've tried turning off antivirus software and launching as administrator I still get this and the version is right 1.13 retail thank you for any help

That trainer is not compatible with Windows 8 and above or IE 9 and above. You need to update your legally purchased game to 1.15 and use the 1.15 trainer which is compatible.
