This trainer actually went into my system meaning that i could not delete the trainer file and when i tried it gave me a warning that deleting this file would cause system failure. Also i got an anti-virus that deletes files if they detect a virus so i have to either re-download the trainer or somehow override it to bring the file back.

Only way that is possible for one of our trainers, is if it did not exit properly and stayed running in the background. Ending the CH trainer in task manager should let you then delete it. What security software are you using, because it is definitely flagging a false positive as the trainer is completely free and clean of viruses. If your security has flagged it to quarantine you have to use it to delete it as it probably won't let you do anything with a flagged file unless it deals with it.
