Did you mouse over each recipe in the list and notice that they no longer need mats?
Yes, it indicates that it requires zero resources but you still cannot craft items unless you have enough resources. So it seems like it only changes the displayed value to zero, not changing the actual resource requirement to zero.
Have you got the skill to do it? Some require a base skill like Alchemy to be crafted.
Yeah I have all the prerequisite skills. I even tried it with the max skills option turned on just in case and it still doesn't allow crafting an item if you don't have enough materials. Every other option seems to work though so it's not a big deal.
Hey I’m not sure if this is a trainer issue or game issue, I unlocked all Training, even though everything is unlocked it doesn’t allow me to use them.
For example, attack while using jet pack does not work.
When I talk to people, it will show options I can pick to say but I need a certain amount of say charisma, it says my skill is too low, is there any way to up these skills at all?
Yeah i have the same Problem too, saddly you must start again, you cannot learn anything anymore if you activated the Cheat. You need to use the Learning Points Cheat and search the Trainers who you can learn it from, this is the only option at the moment. Or you can wait for the Max all Training Cheat to be fixed. I think i will do the later, they are always fast about it, if a Cheat is not working.

There's no 'fixing' this, as either you have the points or you don't when you go to train. Therefore on the last trainer we posted, I made it so you can make the value be whatever you want. Unfortunately is DOES write to ALL of them. But you can 'reset' them to 0 if you want by changing the 10 in the trainer to a 0. It's the only solution.
We already addressed this in the last trainer by giving you the option to reset them to 0, then you can go to a trainer and just do all 200 of them manually using points.
I have no idea why unlocked skills don't work. As stated earlier, having them unlocked my be visual and there is some other thing the game does when you visit the trainer for all 200 of these.

but I cannot get the easy crafting option to work. it just acts normal beside making the required material a zero but still consume everything. <:
