Console toggle was stored as 2bytes. Having trouble finding the address again since the last patch.

New address is 140db0868

And here is a tutorial how you will find it after a new patch:


//edit: As it might not be easy to read what I've typed in the video. I've used the string reference search on Elex.exe module and searched for 'testmode' without quotes. Then I've double clicked on the second entry, scrolled up few lines in memory viewer and followed the first call. Then you will find the static address in the opcode as the video shows.

Edit: Searching for strings is so much cleaner in CosMos than it is in CoSMOS.
