Change Cash:
First make sure your cash amount has been changed at least once you start a level. Press hotkey or use editor to add more cash. Your cash amount needs to change again before you see it has been increased.

Mute Hotkeys:
-------------------------------------------------------
To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.
