I'm having an issue where when I open the trainer, a new window doesn't open. This means that while yes the trainer kind of works but I have to reference the readme to look at what each option means instead of just referencing the trainer itself. This also means that I don't have the ability to edit anything on the trainer like experience values. I've tried following each guide to try and get it to work, including the instructions that came with the link in the last comment, any help would be appreciated, thank you.
Please disable/uninstall all antivirus, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions. Right click "Run as Administrator" on trainer and game. Please note that some security products may still block access to trainer injection even when disabled and must be completely uninstalled. If this is the case, please contact the product vendor for instruction on the proper way to prevent the trainers from being blocked by their software or find a better alternative.
or
Extract trainer and make sure trainer/launcher/editor is in a folder excluded from virus scans. Empty quarantine folder if needed or set anything trainer related (paths and EXE's) to ALLOW. Disable any Live/Active/Real-Time tools which may trigger false positives in security software that may terminate the game/trainer when it's activated or options used.

may need to be added to exclusions as well. Click and select "Run as Administrator", read the instructions and try again.

I followed those instructions exactly, the only security software I have on my pc right now is windows defender and all settings were already turned off. The only browser extension I have is adblock, should I turn that off too? Before I already had the app added in an exclusion for scans but then I changed it to the entire folder. Everything that can be turned off is off with windows defender and after each test I also did a clean install of the trainer. After reading protection history, it shows everytime something is blocked or any history at all related to protection including things being turned off, I also checked it after running the trainer and the only history is from when I turned off the security settings and the previous blocks when I tried installing the trainer originally before turning off the settings.
I'm not sure if this helps but this is the only trainer that I have this problem with, aurora works fine as well as trainers such as for dragons dogma and assassins creed black flag.
Hi Daofather.
From what I read above the trainer works for you, but you can't see it?
If that is the case and you have set all exclusion. What you can try is go in to task manager and find the trainer while it's running and right click it. Then chose either bring to front or maximize.
If you still have issues. Feel free to PM me and we can have a look at it.
Here to report a problem.
I disabled everything I could in Windows defender (firewall, real time protection etc.)
Downloaded the trainer from Aurora and put the exe in a folder. I added that folder to exception in windows defender (even though I tried wityh everything disabled).
The trainer is starting, but after a few seconds, like 10-20 seconds, the trainer is closing and nothing works anymore, even if I activated it before it closes.
Thaty's the only game I played recently that need to download the trainer separately from Aurora, so I can't try if it happen with other trainers.
Those on aurora seems to be working fine.
Hi etshy.
So this is an older trainer that needs a bit for exclusions in order to work.
You need all these:
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\
C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp\CH_Temp.tmp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp~Mnn133.tmp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp~CheathappensTrainer.tmp
The last 2-3 might not be there until you run the trainer. The way to get around that, unless you can manually non existing files, is to add the Temp folder.
Then run the trainer and add whatever, if anything, shows up.
You might also need .Net core. But try the exclusion first, and we'll get back to the .net core if it doesn't work after.
