Battle Chasers: Nightwar Message Board  

Anyone still playing this? I picked it up last weekend during the Steam fall sale, and wanted to give a few of the trainer options a try. Trainer starts, but none of the options are working for me. Some say activated but don't seem to work, while others just say "Please wait..... failed". I noticed that the game version is v23288 now too. Trainer working for anyone running that version of the game?

Since the versions don't match up, you may want to use the FILE UPDATE REQUEST button up there. If there is still a demand and enough people file a report, it will get an update.

Roger that, request was submitted almost a week ago. But it looks like I'm the only one to request it, hence my original question.

Looks like something is happening. Like you I purchased it during the steam sale (was a huge fan of the comics, but missed the kickstarter), so I reported the issue. Just noticed it was in the queue, so patiently awaiting the release.

Remember when mom said "good things come to those who wait"? See she was right!

All options work great except the Skill Change. I toggled Capture Party Stats and pressed ''Numpad -''. It says please wait... failed. All other options work just fine. How come? Btw, Im not using Steam, but GoG

Either this option works differently in the GOG version or you missed something.

From the readme:

Numpad -: Unlimited Skill Charges - while in the portion of the
game where you can walk your units around but are not
in combat, but your skills are listed with charge values
below them, toggle this on and when you attempt to use
a skill, the value will be set to 9.
