I'm also having the issue wherein stat changes don't stick once entering combat
From the readme/instructions:
Numpad 5: Capture Party Stats - while NOT in combat, press the
letter C to open the PARTY stats page. Toggle this on
to collect all the party stats information.
Numpad 6: Add Level - make sure you have used Capture Party Stats
at least once, then click on the portrait of the unit
you wish to affect. Then press this key to affect it.
You will have to select another unit, then come back to
see it has changed.
Did you use the stat options like this?

yup. The stats options don't stick once you enter combat.
Same here, cant get stats to stick ...
capturing party stats, changing stats ,but as soon as i enter combat all is gone
Tryed capturing stats, leveling up,changing stats, leveling up again ..still no result ,as soon as i enter battle it hard resets all my changes to default 😵
BTW are the stats suppose to stay, or they can be changed for when roaming outside the combat ?!

The Burst gauge keeps resetting for me and/or won't ever fill. I'm assuming that having either Unlimited Health/Mana on is what's causing it, but I'm not 100% sure.
Whenever the next update is for the trainer can you please add a "Max Burst Gauge" option?
I never saw this gauge. I saw health, blue mana, 'red' mana (overcharge or something).
The trainer gives you massive health when activated, and then the mana option (even if the bar isn't showing) gives you super high blue and red mana.

MIke

I discovered that turning the Mana option on will give you you super high Mana and Overcharge but it seems to prevent the Burst gauge from filling, however if you simply activate it and then deactivate the cheat you'll keep the super high Mana and the Burst gauge will be able to fill normally.
Just for reference here's two pics from the game. The Burst gauge is the vertical gauge in the bottom left.
