IInstant build and super skill does not work anymore. I'm not sure why, because there was no patch between now and then where it worked.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

I can confirm that Instant Research works perfect
And it work like a charm. Takes like 2-3 sec before it marks it as finished.
Actually not sure with staff skills, kinda got the vibe back in the day it didn't really work. but not sure, and at this point it's an old game with few active players. I'm also kinda done with it, last few achievement back.
