they put an AV scanner in chrome wich detects and stops alot from downloading, even stuff you know to be safe. You just have to turn it off.
in the top-right corner of the browser window, click the Chrome menu Chrome menu.
Select Settings.
Click Show advanced settings.
Under "Privacy," uncheck the box "Protect you and your device from dangerous sites"
turn back on after trainer DL if you want to continue using it to scan on other sites.
I use the latest version of Chrome and can download zip files from the site with no problem even with that setting turned on. So it could be some kind of extension of your AV software installed within Chrome. I also figured with 100k+ downloads per DAY and the huge Chrome userbase, there would be more than 1 person complaining about it.
