Can the x64 be taken off and the file renamed? If it takes a name change, try the trainer again.

I just tried to change the name of the .exe but it says you need extra admin rights. Must be the rights of the game ip owner i guess.

Real shame as it seems just the trainer itself needs adjusting to work with the x64 process.

Can we ourselves change that?

To submit a request for a new distribution platform, please use our trainer requests system. Once at least 5 people request the same distribution, it will be available for funding. Please do NOT use the trainer option request system to request new platforms as they will be denied. Premium members at any level may request a new distribution as long as it’s done through the normal request system.

I think the Steam release is 64 bit (99 percent sure, be shocked if it's not). They literally just changed the name of the EXE. I think if the trainer was changed just to look for the new EXE name it would work fine.

As for not being able to change the file name, it's because of the way Windows 10 is designed. Apps/Games from the store are very much designed by Microsoft for users to not mess with. As far as I can tell there is literally no way to get file edit access for app/games from the MS Store. You can get the WindowApps folder to let you just open it and view the contents but I can't find anyway to give change the files security settings to give my admin account editing rights. Just one example of how locked down MS Store app/games are.

Thankfully they did give game devs a way to enable mod support for their games that are on GamePass/MS Store. But the dev has to specifically "flag" their game as having mod support for this. If they do you get a button in the xbox app to enable mods and it will open the install directory of the game and let you add files so you can mod the game.

Edit: Turns out even if this game had "mod support" in the xbox app it wouldn't help. Just read some reviews for Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim etc in the Xbox app. People are pointing out how even though these GamePass games have "mod support" it's so limited what you can do that most of the best mods won't work. Like any mod that has to edit the games files, or require you to place a EXE in the game directory and run it. None of those things are possible with GamePass games that "support mods". The mod support is literally just the ability to drop files into the games directory. If a mod needs to do more than that it wont work on GamePass/MS Store games.

Windows security is pretty tight, which is why trainers for Gamepass/Windows Store are so much harder.

Changes are coming to the Win Store in the Fall to make things more mod friendly, hopefully.

That does seem like the main thing with the trainer. Wish we could change the exe ourselves to see if it could work.

In good news we are at 60% so maybe it will increase more today. Come on people please give some support.

Well i tried to put in a request but the game doesnt show up on the list. for me....so maybe its hit 100% already. otherwise i can't help sadly
