What Windows OS edition & version and what security software do you use?

Do you have created scan exclusions in your security software for the trainer exe file (or the folder it's stored in) and for Work folder? The Work folder is located here -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\ . Did you launch our trainer with admin rights?

The God Mode doesn't work for me. Same with the unlimited Health Potions. The Amount doesn't deplete visually but if i use 10 Potions they are gone which can be seen by deactivating the option. Also if i try and use the unlimited ammo and grenades option at the same time, they deactivate each other.

Please verify if the version of our trainer still matches the game (current is v1.144.0.17), that you have created scan exclusions for the trainer exe file and the Work folder (-> this folder is located here: C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\), launched the trainer with admin rights, activated it in the main menu pressing F1 and the options while in the actual gameplay.

I attached a file which verifys that my game version matches the trainer.

Yes, i have excluded the whole trainer folder of the trainer manager, the trainer manager itself and the Work folder. I always launch trainers with admin rights and i properly activate it.

I tried using the God Mode option again a couple of minutes ago and it worked until i got hit more than a couple times. Made sure it was activated and it was. Deactivated it again, activated it again. Didn't work at all anymore.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Has anyone tried the current trainer for the GamePass version?

I can confirm it dose not work with the gamepass version. Hitting F1 results in the trainer saying it can't find the game. The log from the trainer says.

"Looking for process -= Dishonored_DO.exe =- when trainer is activated.

-= Waiting For Trainer Activation=-
Game Handle Not Located. Make sure the game is actually running."

I looked in the WindowApps folder where GamePass games get installed and look at this game. The EXE is now called "Dishonored_DO_x64". So I'm guessing since the EXE name has changed the trainer thinks the game is not running. Not sure it would work even if had the same EXE name though.
