is there a mod for WOTC that will slow down or remove avatar project progress? Never mind I just looked and they don't seem to have any mods like that.

Command for Avatar Project from the base game should still work to remove progress (some stuff like facility progress can't be removed though, if I remember correctly)

RemoveFortressDoom [Number] - Removes [Number] levels of Avatar Project progress

My load time is still pretty much instant even with tons of mods. I do have 32GB of DDR4 RAM though, 300Mhz. I think that also has a hand in how fast it loads in with mods.
