Guys is it only occuring to me but when i try to activate trainer today it always says "Trainer cannot find game". I reinstalled f1 2017 and redownloaded trainer but always same.

Hi everybody,
I think there is something wrong with the trainer or I am missing something.
I want to modify the ressource points but when I stop playing my career, the next time I load the game my savegame is at the previous state.
I tried with the different step like it was told for last year's trainer but it does not work.
Little help would be appreciated. I have the last version of the game (1.6) and trainer is up to date too.

The trainer is working as intended if the resource points change while the trainer option is activated. The trainer is changing that value temporarily and tricking the game into thinking you have more than you have. It's active WHILE the option is on.
Unless the game patched, and in that case more people would have to report that the option isn't working while it's activated.
