Steam and wegame don't work.
Not showing a game update since January 19th 2019 and the latest trainer was made after that on June 10th 2019.
Delete trainer and all files in
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and extract it. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again. May also need to run the game without the trainer first and play a bit so the save file gets updated to use possible new values.
I tried what you said including the following, batch, restart PC, re-download coach, new game, make sure coach doesn't work, money changes but reverts after continuing the game, 2/3/4/6 doesn't work, invalid, only 8 is valid in working.

Replace USERNAMEHERE with your user name and if needed the drive letter to match where your user data is stored. Go to File then save as, choose desktop as location, file name to Trainer Cleaner.bat, remember to change Save as type to All Files.
