Any chances to hack timer?
save game at timer, with instructions on how to access or see timer..

Just tested it as well, doesn't seem to add any for me either.
Can you guys tell me if this helps.
Press TAB
Click Inventory
Note your Scraps
Do NOT click INVENTORY again to enter the actual inventory
Try option
leave and come back
Does it work?

Here you go as you requested
While in game I open the inventory and press numpad 9 to add scraps,
Then I exit the inventory and then enter the inventory again to see if the number of scraps have changed.
Which they haven't so I repeat the process again and still no change.
Here is the save game location below

The DLC's I have are
Agents of Mayhem - Franchise Force Skin Pack
Agents of Mayhem - Johnny Gat Agent Pack
Legal Action Pending DLC - Day One Edition

Numpad 9: Add Scrap - Press TAB to enter the Menu, then select

Perhaps, but I did not know it meant I had to leave the tab menu all together and then open it again, especially as for me personally it worked without doing so for cash for example. Also for cash I opened inventory to see all the stuff like power cores and the likes and it worked.
by the by, I only used the option because you asked if others had same problem, i did what worked for me and I like the other guy had it happen lol
