I believe it's safe to say that content like Gold needs to be seen upon game release as this one was announced to be part of the microtransactions added to the game as well as being awarded in small amounts for reaching milestones in the game.
The same goes for the Loot Chests, War Chests and XP boosts, which should be available for Mirian (in-game currency) as well as for Gold (real currency).
I don't quite get what you said, but I think we should be able to get a Gold option because Mithril Chests can only be bought with Gold (From what I hear) and everybody knows that pay-to-win systems are evil. Sure, you don't HAVE to buy a mithril chest using your hard earned Gold and Real Money, but does anyone honestly expect them to include something like that and expect people NOT to waste money on a gamble with RNGesus? If someone comes out with an option to give me Gold, I will thank them heartily and then proceed to tattoo their name on my forehead (not really, but I will be incredibly grateful).

What's being said above is that gold in game is going to be bought by players using real world money. Which most likely means that if you make any microtransactions like buy gold you will be doing it most likely from somewhere server side and that is the kind of thing that CH cannot help you cheat with.
Well, considering that the trainer for Fallout Shelter didn't have an option for lunchboxes or any other things that had to be bought by microtransactions I doubt that cheathappens will have the option for gold in this trainer.
HOWEVER the reasoning for not having that option in Fallout Shelter was that the game is free and the main source of income is microtransactinos. That's not the case with Shadow of War.
Lunchboxes could be edited in Fallout Shelter with a save game editor, so that was client side.
I suppose it all depends on if the gold is client side or server side, and i suppose it's server side since I've heard rumors that it's always online.
was lucky enough to find one savegame editor with everything in it lunchboxes mr handy and pet carriers.
Seems the discussions are still ongoing weither or not it is going to be a ban thing with cheating in the game no official notice just the hearsay still from people no actual screenshots or proof of it being a bannable offense or not.
