I am nearing 50% completion of the game, however so many development items are blocked behind the MB wall in terms of time. Question: Does the file include all "gold" MB items unlocked and developed? I don't want to overwrite my save unless it does
The MB currency is something you can buy with real money, and MB-required items have development times that are validated by Konami servers. So for example, a new sniper rifle could take 12 days to develop.
So to reiterate, will this file have all those things unlocked and developed? Please advise. And if not, IT'S OKAY. I understand there are higher priorities.

I know the question is a little old at this point considering you've probably already tried the save but IF you played when the game came out (im not assuming you did, im just saying that its more noticeable) that you'd realize the "gold" items that seem unable to be used with the mega unlock or fast development werent around when the save was made. The save game that is available seems to be for having all the missons and side missions done, though there doesn't seem to be the 51 mission (which is fine, not hard to unlock it when you already have this save game.) So no, the gold items aren't unlocked.
Why am I even typing here? What is this box even for?

Thanks man. I'm somewhat hesitant of overwriting my save files. Was only going to do it, if it did indeed unlock all those obnoxious gold items.
If you tested it out and are confirming that's NOT what it does, I absolutely appreciate it.
This game is two years old, and one request from a random user is completely impractical, etc.
