Something is blocking your trainers from authenticating.
Please disable/uninstall all antivirus, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions. Right click "Run as Administrator" on trainer and game. Plug your PC directly into the internet, bypassing all network routers and firewalls. If you have been using VPN software such as Spotflux, a complete windows reinstall might be necessary as some of these products mess up Windows firewall registry settings which cause the trainers to be blocked.

I have the same issue, latest Insider build, seems recent - everythings as it should be to allow authentication access, Windows Defender is set not to be a pain, still doesn't go through, gives the Invalid User issue (Mad Max Trainer) - tried re-downloading it, and the rest, not a thing, I'm wondering, if at least on my part, maybe others, whether Microsoft have changed certain things that are preventing the communication?
Edit: Also tried to get an Offline key and test it that way, but I've reached my limit of 5 (though it never seems to work for me anyway, worth a test)

Did you try to clear/wipe your browser cache/ Windows tmp folder and reboot your PC as well?
Good for health, bad for education.

I did indeed, not a thing seems to work, almost tempted to force the DNS via the hosts file to see if that even works

Sounds like something in the insider build could be blocking the authentication. You guys will have to play around with the settings and see if you can figure out what it is.
If someone with the latest insider build that has this issue would let me do a teamviewer session then I can run some tests.
If someone with the latest insider build does NOT have this issue, please post here.
If everyone having this issue is using the latest insider build, then please post here as well.
We can't fix something that we can't reproduce or find a common denominator like the same security software, OS build, etc.
