This trainer does not belong to this game. This Quarantine is about a taxi driver in a post-apocalyptic world. It does not have infection levels or operatives. There is an Early Access title on Steam that matches the gameplay elements of this trainer by the same name, however.

If they are the same name, how do you know that this one is not the right one? We only have 2 trainers for the game that describe the game of the same name on Steam. So, I don't see your point.

Because the game that this trainer was originally posted under was released in 1993 when I first played it and has never been available on Steam. That's how.
