Well i tried to install Cosmos, but when it wants to install the Debugger to C:\Program Files\CoSMOS\Debugger\x86\CHDbg32.exe there is a Pop-up which says
"Error while rename a file in the target folder: MoveFile failed; Code 5. Access denied."
Maybe someone have had the same problem and can help me with this issue.

It's being caused by your AV.
Disable your AV prior to installing Cosmos and you won't get the error.

Yeah well i also thought that this would be the problem, but even if i deactivate my Bitdefender. The problem still exists.
Well i noticed that the folder is write protected and thought maybe this could also cause the problem. I tried to change that as well, but also this couldn't fix it.

Disabling an AV doesn't really disable all of it as there are still some background processes running.
Create a folder which you exclude in Bitdefender from any scans. Extract the downloaded CoSMOS rar into this folder and install it from there.
If Bitdefender still gives you a hard time exclude the CoSMOS exe as well.
Good for health, bad for education.
