It's usually an issue of the trainer's X/Y/Z position on the screen as if it has an invalid value stored in the registry then it would be off the screen. Modifying the resolution, disconnecting monitors, safe mode, etc typically cause the settings to be reset and the trainer brought back into a viewable X/Y/Z setting.

So, update, after trying all the above as mentioned. I logged into another profile on my machine (Admin profile), and trainer comes up sans issue though after about an hour, the game crashed.

... which might has nothing to do with our trainer.
