What would it do? Does this game have health? Does it have flashlight power? Does it have any resources? Or is it a puzzle game that you have to basically read messages and then figure out where and what you need to do?

It's a very basic horror survival game. No inventory, health and flashlight is infinite.
The only thing you could manipulate with a trainer would be the score which is irrelevant in completing the game.
I honestly don't see a need for a trainer, all you need is a walkthrough to cheat.
