Hi and sorry to bother but is there a savegame or a planet editor for this game?

I would love to have the option to just alter my starting planet or give me a specific amount of credits or units.

If theres none of those can someone help me into HEX edit a savegame?

I think the easiest way to help with this is use one of the many many mods for the game, that or use a CoSMOS tutorial (I know you can capture and change values there, even in games that aren't supported by Cheat Happens yet (like Baldur's Gate 3 due to it being in active development still)
