Hello guys, something really weird is going on, maybe someone can help me out.
I used the trainer yesterday and worked fine (Green Team) then I saved the game and leave.
When I got back today the trainer does not seem to be working, does anyone has the same issue?

the game is using UNITY and the code that is intercepted is only created in memory when you do certain things. So you will have to do certain things before turning the options on, even though you are loading a save game

Did you choose the Green color to make the trainer work? Besides that the game got updated today with the Constructor Patch 3 so our trainer might need an update too but please try yourself before ...
using the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game.

I'm also having this problem. The only option that works is unlimited resources. Nothing else works no matter what team or mode I'm on.
Did you read the instructions and followed them by the book? Which means not only choosing to play with the green team. Does our trainer version PATCH 06.29.2017 stillmatches the game version?
