I think by the end of 10 years either 2020 or 2026 the server will get shutdown. so maybe this is the time to redo it as a singleplayer game. no developer has ever made a single player game this big.

Doubtful. I don't think any MMORPG was ever re-made as a SP game after shutting down. They'll use the workforce, money and time on something else that can bring more money. Like a new MMORPG.
