For me the trainer is being closed or crashing randomly. When it closes there are no error messages. Typically it closes after I have activated it and I am loading a save file, but sometimes it closes before I can even load the game. My AV is fully disabled, I am running it as Administrator, and I am still connected to the internet. I've tried redownloading the trainer as well, but there's no change. Debug log is below.

I'm trying to use the easy neuromod cheat and it isn't working. I'm not getting any error messages and the "activated" sound plays like normal but when I try purchasing a neuromod it still says I don't have enough. I made sure to have at least one neuromod point to see if that helps but it still does nothing.
So I found finally got the trainer working. What I did was move the trainer application to the same folder as prey.exe and now it works. If anybody else is having this issue try that.
Well I took your advice and moved the trainer exe to the prey.exe folder and it worked! Thank you so much for the suggestion. Now I can finally sit down and enjoy this game. Weird how it has to be done this way. I re downloaded the update and that didn't do it. I had to actually move the trainer exe to the prey folder. So that is interesting. First time for everything I guess.
No such issues here... I just run my trainers on Admin mode...
I tried administrator mode too, but it didn't work for me and judging from some of the other posts it didn't work for a few other people either. Which IS pretty weird since for the other trainers admin mode is all I need too. My solution is mainly for anybody who has already tried the usual stuff.

I had this issue as well. It's worth noting that I had to move the trainer in the same folder as the game exe, not the root folder of the game.
Works perfectly fine now with it in the game dir. Minor inconvenience, but worth it.
PrivateBin link below, for whatever reason it didn't copy the last 3 lines.

edit: Thought I replied to Taurusplopp, but guess not.

What AV do you use? 'Disable' doesn't necessarily means that it is completely shut down without running any processes in the background. You might need to uninstall it and try again if the trainer still crashes.
