Tried the trainer with the game. It crashed as soon as I hit an enemy. Tried to reopen the trainer. Windows gave me the message "Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software". Then it immediately deleted the file.
Now that really ****es me off because I don't like operating systems telling me what software I do or don't want. So I downloaded a fresh zip (twice). Same result.
Windows 10 64-bit clearly does not like this trainer. I double checked all of my other functioning trainers to make sure they were still working alright, and they were.
Very strange phenomena. I don't know what to think of it.
I had this issue with Windows Defender and had to go into the options and exclude my trainers folder to prevent the false positives. The reason these are reporting false positive is because they are editing memory addresses (or something similar) that many viruses attempt to use to hijack your system. If you exclude the folder you house your trainers (and if you run Aurora allow that program through your exceptions too) you shouldn't have an issue. I'm not in front of my PC or I would tell you the exact areas to go and exclude them in Defender, but a quick google search should find that for you. PM me if you need help.
does any1 has the GOG version it whas free on it but i dont know iff this trainer works whit the GIG version
iff not maybe the creators off the trainers could make it so it also works for |
the GOG version.
thanks in advance Call and Pwizard
Just try it. It would be faster for you to see if it works by just running the game and trainer than asking on the forums here. Also, if you want to request the trainer work for GoG if it doesn't work after you try then you can submit a request for the game using the many links already posted.
