Expeditions: Viking Message Board  

What AV and or other security are you using? Is the game modded? are you using the latest build of the game or a test branch?

Just thought i would follow up, i did end up getting it working. on a whim i uninstalled geforce experience, updated my graphics drivers manually, and its working now. not sure why that was a problem with this particular executable, but its working. thanks everyone.

Yeah, I found if using GeForce Experience it is always best to do a custom and then clean install of drivers. The express option is not the most reliable if used every time.

When pressing F1 at game menu:
Information: 0 : Expeditions: Viking, 1.0.7.4, STEAM

Information: 0 : Trainer is up to date.
Information: 0 : Attaching to process: Expeditions Viking
Information: 0 : Successfully attached
Error: 0 : Mono Error: WaitNamedPipe has failed (File not found)
Error: 0 : Mono Error: WaitNamedPipe has failed (2)
Error: 0 : MONO: Failed connecting pipe...

When pressing F1 after Alt-tabbing out to Trainer:
Information: 0 : Expeditions: Viking, 1.0.7.4, STEAM
Information: 0 : Trainer version: 1.101
Information: 0 : Trainer is up to date.
Information: 0 : Attaching to process: Expeditions Viking
Error: 0 : External component has thrown an exception.
Error: 0 : Failed attaching to process. Is the target process secured by anticheat software?

Running Windows 10 Defender. Have run the trainer as Administrator, have added the trainer as an exception in Defender, have completely turned off all options in Defender.
Any help?
