You MUST restart your whole computer after installing the VC++ redistirbutables. If you already did and it still gives you the pipe error then it can only be one of the following issues:

- Your AV is blocking it
- You are activating the trainer while the game process hangs
- You are using the trainer together with other trainers or CoSMOS
- Rare case but not impossible, some files on your computer are damaged. Like some .NET files or some VC++ files. Try repairing both with installers then try to check your windows for broken things via the sfc /scannow comand

Everything works except for "change stat points" it seems to be doing the exact same thing as "change skill points".

Maybe I've misunderstood how to use it but I've tried it during character creation and during regular gameplay and in both cases it adds skill points instead of stat points.

If you think you misunderstood, then read the instructions over and over till it makes sense or triggers a momentary flash of genius where you find a way to make it work, if that fails...

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

I too am having the Skill Points increase when I activate the STAT Points. I've tried in game and in character creation. I've tried the Alt-Tab, and I've tried the run as administrator. Always the same result.

I've read, re-read and read again the readme.

My first thought is always that I've done something wrong. Most of the time this is the case. If it is here, I cannot find it. Given that others seem to have the same problem, I suspect hardware {and several people have the same setup as me} or software problem rather than a loose nut behind the keyboard.

I've just thought of remapping the STAT key. I'll try it when I get back from the store. Otherwise, STAT increase does not work for me.

Stat points does not work.

Have you used it the way described?

Stats / Skill Points / Change Morale:
Open the skill page of the character and press hotkey to add more.
You will need to close and open it again to see the value has updated.

Yes and change stat points changes skill points instead.

Does this only happen for options NumPad4: Change Stat Points By 5 and NumPad5: Change Skill Points By 5 or in the editor Misc: Stat Points and Misc: Skill Points too?
