GAME TRAINER IS LEFT OFF....Is anyone experiencing very long start up times with this game? My average is 8 mins, and i do have a powerful gaming pc. Also the game stutters and lags all the time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Thank you for any help.

Have you tried installing the latest gfx drivers? Take DDU for uninstalling your current ones clean from your system.

Do you use Windows 10 and have already the Creators Update running? Disabling the 'Game Mode' and have a look into the new Windows Defender Security Centre (SmartScreen) might help.

Also, bear in mind that quite a few people have been complaining about game issues. And not least among them are performance issues. The development team have acknowledged the performance issues and have stated that they are actively optimising the game.

The first thing I noticed was the 2-3 minute load time for the game to begin.
I started doing some PC Task manager resource monitoring on my second monitor during game play.

I found that the game takes 4.2-5 Gigabytes of RAM to play. (big but not unreasonable)
I found that my HDD only loads at about 20-40 Mb/s.... thus ~2 minutes.

I too have a good gaming PC and the HDD load speed should be much faster. Something is slowing it down. It could be my Hardware, it's a standard disk drive. IF that is the case, installing the game on an SSD would make load times MUCH faster.

It could be the program has to uncompress the data from the HDD as the game loads initially. If this is the case, then the only thing that will speed it up is a faster CPU with a Wide Bridge on the Mobo (Sandy Bridge architecture was good for it's time, but old now in PC years)

Thank you all for your help. Win 10 was taking at least 5 mins to shut down. I reinstalled win 10, all is fine now including game.
