When I launch the trainer, I see a title window that says Cheathappens website offline. Followed by a message to download on offline key to use this trainer offline.
I am also using CH Trainer Manager and it shows that I have both an internet connection and a valid offline key.
I redownloaded a new offline key to to doublecheck.
Any further assistance would be appreciated.
Try adding "www.cheathappens.com/" to the whitelist in your browser security section and/or any security software you have that has the option to restrict network traffic.

Very likely your security software is blocking the authentication process of the trainer.
Make sure to have created scan exclusions for the trainer exe file and the Work folder. This Work folder is located here -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\
Also, should you use some kind of an internet security suite with an own firewall function, verify that the trainer and its processes is granted access to the internet.
Very disappointed in the product.
As soon as trianer is activated in the game, the screen reverts to the trainer with a pop-up message from Microsoft.Net Framework concerning an 'unhandled exception' noting that an 'external component' has thrown an exception. There is an ignore and continue option but this immediately results in another pop-up message.
I don't have much time to play games- I have less time to spend time trouble-shooting technical fixes- which is why I wanted the trainer. Needless to say I am not satisfied.
well, thank you for sharing almost no info. We will definitely get the trainer makers working on the issue you mentioned right away
