Can anyone provide a savegame so we can try and replicate?

PHASES OPTION

Ran Trainer
Ran game
F1 at main menu, activated
Solo
Skirmish
1 Vs 1 me team one vs AI medium team two
Start game
before pressing LAUNCH BATTLE, turned on options 1,2,3
Note all B and C phases vehicles are unlocked and can be placed (like the Tank, CHALLENGER)
toggled off 1,2,3 to prevent AI from getting them, making sure I have plenty of Requisition
LAUNCH BATTLE
All units I placed are able to be used, including the 30 aircraft I put on the screen

Option is working 100%, including through all the patches the last 24 hours.

I downloaded the game and trainer. Followed Cal's instructions above and option worked fine.

Unlock All Phases activates fine for me, but it does not deactivate. Is it right that once it has been activated, it cannot be toggled off to prevent the AI from benefiting? I noticed that the audio states "Deactivated" but that it is still enabled in game.

deactivated is not "undo". It's to keep the enemy AI from all getting the benefits which is why cal said to deactivate them before launching battle.

Following exact steps and still not working for Phases (Other options work fine)
I recorded the full process and failure-state but cannot attach the zipped video (Likely as its 40MB) can I send you the file some other way or upload to YT as unlisted video and send you that?

Where did you purchase the game? What OS? 32 or 64 bit? Did you follow the instructional video exactly? Zip/rar and attach your game exe.
