I still believe that Vista wasn't so bad as many people said, for various reasons. But after 10 years it's fine to let it go especially if you see how less people are using it at all. It will be more interesting to see when Windows 7 support sends...

I was an early adopter but on a new computer that was properly built for it. If you had the hardware and drivers to support it, Vista was a usable operating system even before the service packs. The big jump from XP requirements (which are abysmal compared to today's standards) to Vista requirements really threw a lot of people in for a spin.

I remember installing Vista. It was a lot of fun. Back then, I wanted to arrange an 0 array for my hard drives and it took me a while to get them going. All in all, for me, Vista was a great operating system.
