I just finished downloading it (ran the installer as Admin). But it's not opening when I try to. I double click the program's shortcut on Desktop and nothing happens, no process for it is running in Task Manager. I had my Anti-virus program closed before installing it and is still closed when trying to open CoSMOS.
Anyone know why or how to fix this?

What do you mean by 'I had my AV closed'? You terminated all processes running in the background or you just selected 'Close Program'?
Create an exception/whitelist for CoSMOS in your AV and other security programs. Try to temporarily disable them completely.

I've added it already to the AV exception list and also closed it completely by end the processes in Task Manager, still not doing anything.

Did you ran it with admin rights? Do you get any message?

Yep ran it as Admin and even tried every compatibility option. It does nothing when I try to open it, no error message or anything. It's the same as if I double click an empty spot on the desktop.

Does your system meet the requirements? If you run Windows 7/8/8.1 you might have to update the .NET Framework - Link
OS: Windows 7 64-Bit or higher Memory: +4 GB recommended Hard disk: 50 mb free for CoSMOS installation. For scan you need, depending on the game, between 1GB and 6 GB free on your system drive Redistributable: .NET Framework 4.6 or higher (pre-installed on Windows 10), VC++ 2015 32-Bit (shipped with installer), VC++ 2016 64-Bit (shipped with installer)

Everything is up to date fully and I'm running Win10. My AV is COMODO.
