My girlfriend and I have been playing this for the past week (about 20 hours put in) - If we go ahead and use this to give us alot of supplies, then turn the game off, go back in without the trainer and play the campaign again in Co-op, is this going to work?
(might be a silly question but, with over 90 pages of messages here, I was hoping not to go through them all and get a reply if possible)

Hint: Please make use of the search function on our boards as it might find something about it when entered the search phrase -> co-op
After using the trainer in single player it's advisable to reboot the PC and then go into co-op.
Possible to use the trainer to help with that new sam fisher challenge mission? Not sure if I need to be connected online
i think you do which means it will not work for that. besides they don't cheat for online stuff
