I'd rather not disconnect my ethernet cable just to use the trainer i mean that's just too much work :/
+ I love listening to my youtube music or talking to friends ( not about the game but other stuff )
Is there any other-way? or will it remain this way?
As long as this game works this way the trainer will stay this way.
Please ask UBI Soft to change it.

unplugging the internet is the devs choice made to prevent cheating in MP.
just disable the Adapter in windows.
you may should play with your Firewall and Antivirus software to prevent access to the internet for some apps.

imagine, if you will, not being able to play your game anymore, that you spent 60 dollars for, or imagine, if you will, cheathappens being taken down for putting out software that is allowing people to cheat online.
we can't have either happening, so there is no other way, sorry.

the "add level" is useless as it bottlenecks the exp you get and it completely bugs out the game. It doesnt add exp to you rank/level so if you open your ghost recon profile on the ubisoft page it will display the level you have added, but it wont match the exp you have. Unless you add a "add exp" option. If someone where to report you im pretty sure u'll get banned fast if ur level 100 and only have like lets say 1000 exp...
use -1 as the value in the trainer and just level back down.
