This issue got solved and refers to a new installation of the game. It seems that uPlay needs the game to be run at least once with online connection and without the trainer.

After that please proceed as described in the PDF guide provided with the trainer.

also has to be run online at least once after every patch as well and usually will shut off game on first attempt to to run trainer and game offline but shutting everything down and launching a second time will most likely take.

what i discovered was that trainer is ok then after some windows update that that willl not install to my hardrive before changing to other pc trainer crash after clicking f1 when windows have a network adapter connected even if no internett ethernet wifi trainer fail crash game to desktop some windows adapter hidden i dont know what this is maybe virtual wifi that is always online but not connected and when eac sees something connected to local or something it crash wildlands when activating trainer

Following the instructions as supplied both online and with the GRWGUIDE for starting offline. In either case (they are slightly different), Uplay comes back with an error that it is "unable to start the game", and only gives me the option to go online. I have a screenshot of said messages and options.

thats cuz after new install or even patch update requires the game to be run online at least once.

Thanks for ruining this trainer for me. No way im gonna unplug every single time I want to start the game and be disconected on all other things I may do while having the game on one screen 😣

You can blame Ubisoft, not us, this is their fault for adding their anti-cheat into the single player game.
