Win 7 ultimate 64 bit, trainer goes as far as giving verbal activation confirmation, then stops responding. Can't even kill it properly via task manager, but reconnecting internet causes it to self-terminate.

That's what happens when the trainer detects an internet or network connection present. Please read the readme guys.
Works perfectly for me... thanks so much PWizard! Running on Windows 7, 64-bit. I take both Steam and Uplay offline (don't know if it's necessary, but no reason not to). I run the trainer, then the game. Switch back to Windows and disconnect the wireless. F1 activation works fine from there, and so do the cheats. Thanks very much!

OK, so now we have someone that says it DOES work on Windows 7 64-bit. So, I guess we will just wait for others to confirm. It seems that many people are not following the strict instructions I pointed out in the original post.
I have uploaded a new version of the trainer to address the skill point issue that a previous user had. You can now set your skill points to whatever is in the modifying value. It no longer adds, it sets it to the number you want to have. Hopefully that will take care of that issue and thanks for alerting us to it.
Please delete and re-download trainer if interested in this fix. Readme is also slightly different.
I have been a member for a long time... and you guys (and gals?) never cease to amaze! Day one trainer, fixed and working, YAY!
