CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool

Hi,
My level of experience with using Cosmos is I can find, change, and freeze memory values for health and ammo (currently using it to beat Mafia 1) but I am wondering if there is a tutorial for how to make it so I don't need to re-find these values every time I start the game.

The game's addresses for ammo and health are dynamic, and its annoying to have to re-find the addresses every time.
