I have run both as Admin
I have no anti-virus
Previous versions were working with no issue

Having the same issue. Previous versions were working fine. Have run as admin, AV turned off, have unistalled and reinstalled, have restarted computer, etc. Still having this issue.
Options 1, 2, and 3 don't seem to be working.
Probably because the game updates 27 times a day, 26 more times than it did when it was in early access. Clearly it was ready for prime-time.

Guys this is getting STUPID. I've just about had it.
NONE of you are reading the instructions. We even put up a video on HOW to use the trainer.
I am going to start penalizing people for reporting non-working trainer and then after that I will simply retire the game.
I don't have time to check this title every day only to find the trainer is still working and people are too lazy to read how to use it.

Here is a copy of the instructions BUILT RIGHT IN THE TRAINER:
Numpad 9: Faction Color Number - while in the game, you can change this number
then press the option to set the faction which is affected by
the trainer. the numbers correspond to the following:
0-RED
1-SKY BLUE
2-YELLOW
3-GREEN
4-PURPLE
5-BROWN
6-ORANGE
7-DARK GREY BLUE
If you pick a different color than red for skirmishes or you have a
color in the campaign that matches the list above, set the value
in the trainer to the color, then press the option to set the trainer
to affect that color faction in the current game. For the campaign,
the first mission uses 2, or YELLOW, as the color. If the trainer
doesn't seem to be working with the first 3 options, try a different
number and try to best match the colors and experiment to see what
the game is using for the team number. Make sure after you change the
color number to ACTIVATE the trainer to set it!
