Maximum skill and Max attribut are not working for me, also unlimited storage.
I activate the cheat, then select a dupe, open the skill page and still have 0 skill points.
Is there something I'm doing wrong?

No mods or any DLC. If I use the Spaced Out DLC, the unlimited ressources works, but it doesn't in the vanilla version.

Playing on vanilla and same issue with unlimited ressources not working. Crashes soon as it's activated. Seems to work early game, but couple hours in insta crash no matter what. Crashes if you have nothing selected, crashes if you have the container sellected, even if there's only 1 type of item in it.

Could you provide a savegame, and a clear way to replicate, and also make a report for this?
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

I uninstalled the DLC. Launched the vanilla game, resumed savegame. Enabled unlimited resources, open a chest and voila: All items have a large quantity. It works the same way it works within the DLC.
If something doesn't work:
1. Provide a savegame
2. Provide clear instructions from loading the savegame and what to do to what you expect the trainer should do and what the trainer does instead
