What difficulty level are people playing on when the trainer does not work. I ask this because the trainer works for me up to insanity 2 but if I go any further it stops working so I am wondering if anybody else has this issue or it is just my system. I am not asking for an update. It is just a question out of curiosity.

On easier level God mode (re-adding health) works, but on insanity level it cannot keep up, seems like character dies faster than health can be re-added: youtu.be/ksTCDYchBoM

Note to self. Read instructions carefully, totally overlooked having to press CTRL+~ part for God mod to work. Trainer works. Shame on me

So all functions work on insanity 3 and higher for you?

yes when opening console with ctrl+~ god mode and unlimited ammo work for me on insanity level 2.
