I see you updated the trainer to patch 1 (27th April). I tried the game once. Invisible option worked, but when ran the game again, it did not work anymore, weird. Is this some sort of anticheat or what? Tried alt tabbing and on off etc. What about others? The game has plenty of missions where can't have an alarm or be spotted.
EDIT: the game exe has not changed (version number).

Tried without driving, still getting detected. Other basic trainer options work.

I also looked into trying to find the version number; no luck. What I did find, however, were the patch notes that went into it, if that's of any use.

I found the game version under SGW3.exe - Properties - Details
Product version: 3.8.6.53

Downloaded and installed latest 1. Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 Trainer (PATCH 04.27.2017)
Invisible still not working, all other options work fine.
Tested: drone seen instantly by enemies. Myself noticed instantly by enemies.
Trainer worked before the update, but you are forced to accept the Steam update

yes it patched again.. two patches in two days in less than 36 hours.. we will check shortly
